Some points to ponder
The students enrolled for architecture are not as creative as the ones enrolled for fine arts and design dept! I wonder why?
If the students of a particular dept are not working, can we say that the faculty they had while they were graduating kept them in a delusional world?
Why do senior faculty feel ashamed when they are asked to take junior classes. Do they feel insulted? Not realizing that they can bring about many positive changes in these fresh, young minds.
For the last six or five years I am saying that: There has to be an agenda in an institute, for every new batch enrolled. Such as there has to be an outline on what skill sets we want xyz year to have at their graduation. And how they can be useful for their society. And what qualities they should have, mentally etc.
