Life seems to be ironic but now I have passed that stage of thinking how ironic ... to OMC's "How bizarre" ... after being all bizzared up I hippie hop hop to Katrina & The Waves "Walking On Sunshine" ... realizing this is going to take me some more time to recovery ... so I turn on the volume to Gloria Gaynor singing "i will survive"

You know the story goes on regarding my playlist ... but the most effective hyper mood I am in for the last 2.5yrs is FB zynga games ... and in front of you all I am coming out of the closet :) telling the truth ... that I am on Zynga - Crack ...

Naïve – ism

This is new … and yet this has been there since ages … it never left the building. Some call it inexperienced, but in my opinion this is a total mess up of brain cells … when one lives in a self-created reality away from the norm realities.

What is a reality “reality”? Are these what we want to see? Or are these what the society has made for us?

Anything that is social norm is a reality and the rest is what they call being immature.

Why does the society choose for us, to live in a reality? Well there might not be many like me, in this world, who think the way I do. But who has given them “the society” the right to out-cast me?

I have always had a struggle – of letting the society know of how I feel or how I am and what for me was my reality … but once I grew older and wiser as they would say. I started looking, acting, walking, eating like this “the society” and I was welcomed and they think I am a part of the reality and not living in my dream world or my so-called made up reality. Yet many a times I want to shout out and tell them to go suck on a sock and let me be … let me be naïve … let me be myself …

Yet honestly … I am struggling. But I have made them think I am in their reality … yet I have my own naïve-ism or is this world ... our country ... our people ... culture and then our society have the Naïve – ism?

When you talk about keeping a notebook, jotting down ideas, what exactly do u refer to?

my answer:

my reference is as i say in the class keep a sketch book with you all the time ... dnt treat it like a holy book ... placed so far away that we cnt read it

e.g : we are studying a visual based syllabus ... everything that we are learning is visual - practice and very less of theory is involved

therefore, when we start talking communicating ideas and do things we are bound to be it visually RIGHT!?

so we should learn to keep a visual notebook [i.e. a notebook / dairy / sketch book etc.]

also look at the publication date of the book ... books that are from 2yrs to the latest are the books worth investing in

there may be many others on the net just read online cos we need to get an idea of it

but if you feel good abt having a book in your collection then yes you can go for it :)

observation is the best technique that plays a great role in enhancing our creativity ... firstly do these exercises mentioned

leave your old works and thoughts

after you have done these exercises ... come back and see how things matters have changed

e.g.

creativity and innovation are two different things

creativity is *Productive*

being in a state of creating ... can be created from something already existing

your imagination is existing ... what you make of it either with clay or with poster colors or with digital means will determine it's productivity ... by using tools / techniques etc.

innovation is *to introduce/develop something new*

over here you imagination will encourage you to dwell new realms ... grounds ... ideas

e.g. looking at an example of a wall clock ... the invention has been made [its innovation stage is done] how you design the outer facade of the wall clock is where your creative process is going to be involved.
